Chelsea’s new big money signing Eden Hazard has declared that he will not be under pressure of the price that the club paid Lille to lure him to the Premier League, in fact he is glad to be compared with the arguably best player of the World and Barcelona ace Lionel Messi.

“Messi is the world’s best player and it’s a bit of an exaggeration to say I can be that good. But I am happy if people see similarities between us and being compared to Messi makes me think about what I can achieve with Chelsea rather than the obstacles I need to overcome to get there”, the Belgian said.

Hazard’s transfer saga was one of the most talked about in the history of the Premier League, as many of the Europe’s Top Clubs were after him, with the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal among the top ones to rival European Champions Chelsea, for whom he ultimately decided to join.
